You really shouldn't need to upgrade unless you really find it necessary to have DX11. Most games that are DX11 don't even use the API's features well anyway. More like the 5830. But its still a great card nonetheless The current equivilent is a 6850. You will be fine for a year or two.

When games really start taking advantage of DX 11 then it will start to feel dated.
