I have sound but the quality is very poor as it is only coming from the sub-woofer and not from the Left and Right speakers. The mute button is constantly in orange color, while others are white. The mute button comes on as white while windows is loading but before windows finishes loading a cracking sound comes from the speaker and the mute button changes to orange and stays that way, even at that it still mutes the sound when you press it.
